Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for LTE Control Plane SW architecture definition, specification, design, implementation, testing and maintenance
-Contribute to inspection/review of specification, design and interface
-Support LTE software integration and testing
-Follow NSN BTS SW develop process. Deliver the LTE SW predictably with high quality

Requirements:
-M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
-Good knowledge of mobile network technologies, radio system architectures, functions and standards, especially in the area of WCDMA/LTE/TDS-CDMA radio access systems.
-Good knowledge of 3GPP Control Plane protocols and functions, especially in the area of WCDMA/LTE/TDS-CDMA radio access systems.
-Experience in embedded software, esp. in telecommunication equipment, and WCDMA/LTE/TD-SCDMA/WiMAX L3 or Local O&M design.
-Strong C/C++ programming skill and RTOS knowledge.
-Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
-3+ Years of working experience in relevant fields are preferred
