职位描述



Responsibilities:



1.
Generate new business ideas through independent
scouting of internal and external sources, thus adding to the pipeline of
business opportunities.



2.
Determine the attractiveness of identified business
ideas and develop compelling business cases, in order to get qualification by
management and the necessary budget for further development into a business
plan.



3.
Develop the final business plan, including the
implementation (project scope, content, deliverables, milestones, budget), such
that management is able to decide on the project and the financial risks.



4.
Own and manage the first-step-implementation of the
final approved business plan, by cooperating with sales team for the initial
phase, plan and organize the project, lead the project team until the agreed
milestone has been reached.



5.
If required, lead or support the complete execution of
the business plan for a new Business Line into full operation, including
cooperation with external partner.



6.
Develop and improve tools for the portfolio management
of new business opportunities and determine the relevant risk and reward
criteria to allow management of a balanced New Business Development portfolio.





Qualifications:

Experienced in project portfolio management



l Experienced in
leading pre-studies, dealing both with technical as business aspects



l Experienced in
deliberating and negotiating with customers on overall project deliverables
(price, lead time, functional/user specification)

degree in medicine is required, an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
