职位表述和要求：

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要责任

1. To provide the driver safety training, evaluate and assess the driving efficiency through coaching and mentoring on 1:1 basis. Analyze the achievement through Competencies Based Training Assessment method and identify the weakness areas. Transfer the knowledge on the driver safety, safe driving and effectively communicate as well as provide the feedback for the improvement.

提供司机安全训练、经由一对一的训练及指导的基础以评估及考核驾驶效率。经由基础能力训练评估方法分析成绩并鉴别出弱点。传递司机安全、安全驾驶及有效沟通的知识，也提供针对改善的回馈。

2. Maintain up-to-date the driver training record to all drivers in accordance to the process information and document requirements.

依照信息及文件要求程序维护更新所有司机的训练记录。

3. Conduct the pre-employment road tests for perspective drivers and or contractor and qualify them; insure the criteria meeting the standard set by APCI.

为了了解并鉴定司机及或承揽商需执行聘雇前路试，确保准则是符合 APCI 所设定的标准。

4. Monitor the trip recorder (Black Boxes, GPS) and or it nature to ensure the drivers are well monitored whilst maneuvering the truck. Ensure the driver driving within the allowable speed limit, proper following distance and no excess idling to reduce the fuel consumption costs. As such the speed violation, harsh braking and excess idling to be monitor on a daily basis. The exception report can be retrieve every seven (7) days for reviewing and appropriate action to be taken; counseling, safety contact and or remedial training. Additionally, ensure the equipment is serviceable all the time and served the purposed for tracking and managing the fleet.

5. Assist terminal and other appropriate managers in monitoring driver safety at the facility level; conduct the periodical safety meetings, talks, contact and or briefing as requested by terminal, district, and other appropriate managers.

协助工厂及其他适当的管理人员监控司机在厂区时的安全。依据工厂、行政区及或其他适当的管理人员的需求，定期进行安全接谈、对话、联系及或简报。

6. Assist the Distribution Manager to assess, evaluate on the critical customer sites, potential and existing site. Provide the solutions on the truck accessibility for safe deliveries. Update the route condition and road hazard mapping and ensure they are compliance with product-handling procedures.

协助运输管理人员进行关键性客户站、可能的及现存的场站进行评估。为卡车可安全进入运送提供解决方案。更新路径状况及道路风险绘图，并且确保司机是具有产品处理程序的能力。

7. To participate in conducting the motor vehicle accident investigations as requested to determine the root cause analysis and develop the corrective and preventive action.

要参加车辆事故调查，因为需要判定根本原因分析并发展出矫正及预防措施

8. To conduct the surveillance, observations either announced or unannounced to the drivers team to determine and identify their competencies, acceptable service level, and compliance to AP standard requirement.

对司机团队执行预告或未预告的监督、观察，以确定及鉴定他们的能力、服务水平及是否符合 AP 的标准要求。

9. To carry out any other DST activities that related to fleet and drivers safety; which may not be able to be specifically and exclusively stipulated here.

Job Requirements 职位要求：

Qualifications Any recognize local / international college or high school qualification can be considered.

Existing Skills and Experienced

i) Able to demonstrate the supervisory roles and experienced in managing group of peoples.

具备一定管理经验

ii) Able to operates the semi trailer and have the knowledge about road tankers and fleet safety within local geographic location

可以驾驶半挂车辆，了解当地罐车安全路面常识

iii) Possessed valid and legitimate driving license with at least 5yrs driving experienced

持5年内有效驾驶执照，A照，危险品从业资格证

iv) Fully understood the local rules – traffic, labor regulations, fleet safety requirement and all the related logistic rules.

了解当地交通法规等

v) English/Chinese literates able to communicate (oral/written) in both languages – to all levels.

有一定英语能力

vi) Computer literates

具备计算机操作能力

Others i) Creative and innovative - result orientated

ii) Good interpersonal skills

iii) Polite, healthy, reliable & steady in character.

iv) Willing to travel.
