Line Manager: Field Service Supervisor, North

Position Summary:

Field service and technical Support for Rockwell Automation products including PLC, Motion, Drives products startup works and troubleshooting on site, as well as customer training.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for providing on-site Drives, PLC, Motion products programming, commissioning and troubleshooting as well as technical support on automation projects to Customers/CSM, involvement engineering and implementing field modernization.

2. Responsible for external customer training in China.

3. Responsible for providing the right off site and on site communication to product Biz Units.

4. Customer Rockwell Automation equipments/devices periodically maintenance and examination.

5. Responsible for supplying good paperwork of field service and engineering. Ensure all related documentation is well prepared.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. University Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering. Higher level of education will be considered dependant on postgraduate experience.

2. Approximately 4 yeas of minimum experience in project engineering/site support. Has prior experience in using RA products.

3. Strong communications are essential.

4. Rockwell Automation products knowledge/work experience is preferred.

5. Good English speaking capabilities.

6. Ability to work well in a team environment.

7. Able and willing to travel or work in site environment.
