Position Description:
1 Coordinate Electronics Industry Citizens Coalition (EICC) Code of Conduct program for Lenovo Suppliers to coordinate with Buyers to implement and track agreements, self-assessments, audits and action plans
2 Coordinate Lenovo Environmental program requirements for suppliers (supplier classification and quarterly reporting for late audits)
3 Provide Procurement Business Controls Support (e.g. key metrics, process checking, ISO 9000 support, etc.)
4 Provide General Procurement IT Systems Support (e.g. Separation of Duties Analysis, Business Process Owner responsibility, coordinate with IT as needed)
Position Requirements:
1 Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 5 - 7 Years of Supply Chain experience
2 Ability to understand objectives, identify obstacles, initiative root cause analysis, mitigate risk, and develop and implement recommendations for alternative solutions
3 Ability to drive sound decision making, prepare and present business presentations, and summarize status to senior/executive leaders.
4 Excellent Project Management skills with the ability to prioritize activities and multi-task to drive maximum benefit
5 Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work, lead, and team collaborate with world-wide personnel and cultures in a matrix team environment
6 Must be highly organized, self-motivated, pro-active thinker and flexible to work non-regular hours as needed to meet global needs
7 Flexibility to work in an fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks / projects / priorities
8 Strong written and verbal communication skills and must be proficient and comfortable in preparing material and presenting at the executive level.
9 Must be proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Work Excel, Word)
10 Preferred Skills & Experience:
（1）Business/Process Controls experience
（2）Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Environmental Support experience
（3）Willing to work with Buyers and Suppliers on Corp. Social Responsibility
（4）Willing to trace supply chain on conflict materials and to drive audit/certification programs
