岗位描述：
1.负责对所辖楼层客房的接待服务工作实行督导、检查，保证客房接待的正常、顺利进行。
2.掌握所属员工思想和工作情况，充分发挥班组长的作用。善于说服动员，作耐心的思想工作。
3.根据具体的任务，组织调配人力。
4.每天巡视客房布置、清洁卫生、服务质量保持正常稳定水平。
5.汇总核实客房状况，及时向前台提供准确的客房状况报表。
6.对班组处理不了的客人要求或疑难问题，主动帮助解决或帮助联络。
7.对所属员工的操作方法、工作规范进行培训。
8.负责所属各班组的日常行政管理工作。


任职资格：
1.中专以上学历，有酒店客房清洁经验；
2.有五星级酒店工作经验者优先
