Sales and Management
1 Develop and implement new customer development strategies by using tele marketing team
2 Develop and implement profitable growth strategies through inside sales team
3 Develop and improve sales processes and managing daily out bund call activities
4 Working side by side with regional sales team for effective resource planning
5 Develop and implement customer data base management processes
Resource Management
1 Develop and continue improve inside seller account coverage model to optimize productivities
2 On going managing account transfer processes
3 Man power planning for sustainable growth
Human Resources
1 Select, develop, train, and retain top talent.
2 Develop and monitor and training process for new employees
3 Provide effective and on-going coaching and development
4 Build effective sales management team
Requirements:
1 Must have leadership skills that are consistent with the Grainger Values
2 Effective communicator. Capable of speaking in an effective and influential manner to professional sellers, and customers.
3 High proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
4 An undergraduate degree or equivalent job-related experience.
5 Minimum of 6-8 years of Sales Management experience of sizable B2B direct sales team
6 Demonstrate successful strategic planning, problem solving, time management and organization skills.
7 Demonstrate competence in develop and implement and improve operational processes
8 Develop and maintain effective internal partner relationships and relationships with customers so that objectives can be achieved.
9 Must be able to motivate, inspire, and achieve results through others.
10 Understands financial reporting and ability to analyze business needs and costs/budgets.
