“Solution Consultant” is a customer facing role for Philips Healthcare Greater China Clinical Informatics business. Solutions Consultant will act as experienced advisor to customers and work closely with them to design and implement differentiating Health Information Technology solutions to address their current and future needs.




Solutions Consultant is responsible in identifying customer requirement and design appropriate solutions that addresses customer needs. Solutions Consultant will also work closely with the delivery team to implement the proposed solution and assure customer satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责
Translates customer requirements into informatics solution design in accordance with the clinical workflow and IT strategy
Formulates proposals for Informatics solutions and accompanying workflow design
Leads project discovery and delivery in order to guarantee an effective solution design, development and deployment of solutions into the customer environment
Actively engaged in the implementation of the chosen Informatics solutions when necessary, providing leadership in terms of key decisions for the success of the project
Develops and provides required user training for the implemented Informatics solution
Act as an advocate and facilitator of customer closeness and net promoter score.

This position is a professional-level position within the Philips Clinical Informatics business team. Philips Clinical Informatics is a fast growing & constantly evolving business. Candidate must be able to work in a fast pace environment, with strong customer-centric mindset, and leverage strong domain expertise to deliver solutions that delight customers.


JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求

a) Education学历:
· Bachelor or above, majored in medical related areas, hospital informatics or Information Technology

b) Experience工作经验:
· Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical and technology aspects of IT or healthcare IT
· Experience in defining business problems in healthcare and able to clearly articulate the customer’s needs in the form of clinical workflow and information needs
· Experience in working in project teams and in the crafting of customer solutions
· Able to lead workshops and projects in customer engagements
Able to articulate best practices to customer personnel in a way that invokes trust in the individual and in Philips as a partner
· Preferable to have exposure of software solutions and solution-selling methods
