Job Title: Senior Supply Planner

EMS, BFR Suppliers,T2, Logistics service provider, Key Customers/Dealers

Key areas of accountability
Planning
Manage the goodsflow of assigned product portfolio within the service level and stock targets as agreed upon.
Prepare a consolidated forecast towards the outsourced manufacturing partners and ensure feedback towards this is received.
Work closely with EMS/BfR suppliers on day-to-day operation, manage their logistics performance(CLIP,OLIP,LT), drive & initiate improvement request by giving proper support.
Have end-to-end view from market/customer to suppliers and lead supply chain configuration to optimize service to customer (DRM, LT) and cost (stock, slow moving, logistics cost)
Execute smooth phase-in/phase-out and close work with NPI, Component Planning and marketing team.
Configure and optimize master data (SAP R/3, APO) along integral supply chain and engage with NLOs closely. And also look for root cause and process improvement
Collaboration with component team and T1 to optimize solution and prioritize supply planning result for business/customers
Present planning team in the projects and be responsible for logistic input for each of the milestones for your product categories and related KPIs.
Ordering & Execution
Prepare purchase order and ensure agreed feedback from external supplier is confirmed as requested.
Deploy supply from external suppliers to downstream.
Manage daily operational activities (check of stock, customer returns, quality etc.)
Execute allocations of stocks to clusters in case of scarcity within rules set by (G)BU Supply Planning team and Demand Planning teams of Marketing Channels.
Improvement
Contribute to supply chain improvement projects by giving proposal & analysis…etc. or lead/initiate some small scale improvement projects/activities
Lead training & support (as mentor) to new planner.
Entend view to country/market/customers to understand supply chain issuse and work out supply solutions together with countries
