Key Areas of Responsiblity:
· Leading the team to manage the Integral Projects and Engineering.
· Conduct the Business Process Improvement including current state process mapping and to-be-state process development and the full implementation.
· Support the MBB to manage the Black Belt projects in the Shanghai office.
· Responsible to set up and manage the Green Belt program in the Shanghai Office.
· Manage the PMO (Project Management Office) to support the Top Must Dos and Key Cross Functional Projects.
· Support the GTD on the new product introduction / DFSS and responsible for the Process FMEA.
· Support business case and feasibility study to help management make decision.
· Support the suppliers on the capacity ramp up program.
· For the released product and production, together with the key suppliers, define the Key Projects for continuous improvement in Yield/Waste, Product Quality, Efficiency and Cost Reduction.
· Benchmark among the Key Chinese Manufacturers in order to drive the performance on efficiency and cost reduction.
· Support the Joint Ventures and Key Supplier to continuously improve the performance matrices defined in the BBSC.
· Support the Joint Ventures on their Safety and Environmental Program.
· Support to train the key suppliers in the glass and manufacturing knowledge.
· Monitoring the life test/ photometry in the Supplier Side.
· Responsible for the implementation and roll out of key technology projects in the Chinese supply base (e.g. 1 mgHg, Rohs, plastic cap....etc.).
· Support to audit the suppliers in their conformance of quality and manufacturing requirement.
· Build up and maintain the key manufacturing competence in the team, inspire improvement and team working atmosphere in the organization.

Qualification:
· Degree in either Science, Engineering or Manufacturing Management.
· Certified Black Belt is critically preferable.
· Gone through the full training in MMP / LMP (or equivalent program).
· Strong experience in Project Management.
· Capability to manage stakeholder from diverse background and culture.
· Hands on experience in Manufacturing in the shop floor.
· 10 years working experience in which at least 5 years in the management level.
· At least 7 years experience in working in the Factory in the China environment.
· At least 5 years experience in Lamp manufacturing including CFLi, GLS and Halogen.
· In addition to manufacturing experience, two more other functional experience like Quality, Lean, Engineering / Maintenance, Supply Chain...etc.
· Fluent English and Mandarin Speaking is a must. Strong communication technique toward the Chinese Suppliers (whereas most of the operation and technical people speak only Mandarin).
