Job Responsibilities:

-Lead and Manage budget and quarterly rolling forecast process based on group guidance and schedule. Taking an active role in analysis of business performance vs budget \ forecast and last year on a monthly basis. Identify and communicate key drivers of variance to the management thereby drive business growth;

-Prepare and review 3 years P&L analysis for every new retail store and new self run concessions for new location evaluation.

-Maintains and develops management reporting within the subsidiary for sales & profitability by customer, brand, store, region etc. Works closely with the Inventory Planning & Supply Chain teams on inventory management reporting, and the business division on business related reporting.

-Participate in strategic plan to perform an hoc analysis for management review and economic decision;

-Other ad hoc projects as required by management.

Key Requirements:

-Bachelor or above degree in Economics,Business Management,Finance or related; MBA, ACCA, CPA or similar qualification is preferred.

-Minimum 8 years'experience in controlling, business analysis or finance management function in MNC with at least 2 years on management or supervisory position;

-Excellent English and PC skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint;

-Strategic thinking and business acumen;

-Core competence: business controlling and data analysis;

-Proactive and strong communication skill to all levels of colleagues;

-Responsible and a good team player, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure;
