This position is for foreigners,Italian and French are highly preferred.
Position Purpose
Responsible for sales management of international restaurant accounts and key account within district and assist the field sales team in the completion of sales and profit targets.
Responsibilities
-Maintain existing corporate accounts, develop business of new corporate and other key accounts, strengthen cooperation with corporate and other key accounts to realize annual sales and profit budget; creatively introduce Ecolab products and services to corporate and other key accounts, strengthen Ecolab’s penetration on existing corporate and other key accounts, identify other requirements of corporate and key accounts which Ecolab can satisfy.
- Lead the sales activities aimed to key accounts in the district to achieve sales budget. Develop new accounts and arrange the sales service of the present accounts with the team members. Build good relationship of mutual trust and win-win result with accounts, maintain positive interaction. Assist the team members in well communicating with the middle-level or higher level manager in account company to establish fine cooperation.
- Negotiate profitable cooperation agreement with corporate accounts, ensure new agreement with no damage to former agreed price.
- Understand the objectives and enterprise culture of corporate and other key accounts, and how these impacts Ecolab. Keep informed on corporate and other key accounts’ personnel and policy changes. Analyze the influence and deliver those information to relative employees in Ecolab.
- Effectively transmit corporate and other key accounts’ needs to the other colleagues, Resolve problems between the corporate accounts and Ecolab. Effectively coordinate product application, blueprint trial, on-site survey, new branch launch, contract sign and implementation, price adjustment, equipment setting, payment receiving ,etc..
- Seek excellence, provide the highest standard of service to corporate and other key accounts, change service into product. Conduct quarterly and monthly service review to interpret corporate accounts of their requirements effectively.
- Actively assist other business teams of Ecolab in introducing Ecolab products and services to current corporate and key accounts.
- Expand target account list, supervisor sales force to timely submit various management reports.
- Recognize Ecolab sales force’s contribution to corporate and key accounts; understand all available resource of Ecolab which can support them.
- Train sales force on how to effectively serve the corporate and key accounts.
- Assist DM/ADM in efficient communication with corporate accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree, major in hospitality management, marketing, chemistry or relative field will be preferred.
- Good team player, good at project operation and interpersonal communication.
- High degree of responsibility, good at resolving problems independently, planning and organization.
-Prefer to speak chinese.
