HR Manager–福建南平工厂
Report to :GM()和 HRD(中国人,base in Xia men )
Position Summary:
HR Manager' responsibilities include developing and implementing a complete human resource program organizational and manpower planning, recruiting, employee selection, management and employee development, employee relations, training, career planning, performance appraisal, communications, affirmative action/diversity, employee counselling.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Be responsible for organization and manpower planning. Maintains Group organization charts.
Develop a comprehensive manpower plan defining the group's present and future requirements.
Works with managers to attract, develop and retain highly qualified personnel needed to meet the group's objectives.
Develops and implements employee communications programs needed for the free flow of information and ideas, and to address employee questions and concerns.
Develops and implements comprehensive employee relation programs. Guides field management in the development and implementation of equitable programs, policies, and procedures to insure compliance to China government’s laws and equitable treatment to all employees.
Develops necessary group staff and guides human resource managers to implement the above.
Ensures thorough familiarity with policies and procedures relating to standards of business conduct and trains and motivates subordinates in the importance of full compliance with the letter and spirit of such policies and procedures.
Manage training program to effectively prepare high potential college hires for responsible positions in the field.

REQUIREMENTS:
energetic, want to be professional HR in organization, own a warm spirit to raise people up;
At least 5 years HR working experience in Manufactory management field;
HR experience gained from foreigner company
Bachelor degree or similar qualifications;
Proven ability to manage management reports and budgets, hiring and training function;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Good command of English is a must
