Change analyst 1: (CA1)
The primary responsibility of this position is to support the overall process of managing the engineering documentation for the Entertainment & Devices (E&D) Hardware division.

This position is the first point of contact for customer driven Change requests. This position will review and evaluate requests for accuracy and completeness before the change is promoted to the CA2 for processing. The CA1 will have the opportunity to receive on the job training (OJT) as they work with the CA2 to resolve ambiguities for change requests and various related issues.

Responsibilities:
- Creation of all Deviations & ECRs. Assessing the engineering documentation, creating and maintaining part numbers and the creation of bills of materials (BOM's), etc., for E&D manufacturing per the change management process.

- Work with other internal MS groups supporting hardware devices.

- Analyze business metrics to support continual improvements within the Change Management processes.

- Managing PDM and other software tools used for data management and documenting processes and procedures.



Qualifications:

- Experience with product data management tools (PDM) such as Agile, PTC or UGS;

- Must be detail oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage projects and priorities.

- Must be self-motivated and results driven, with excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

- Must be customer service oriented and demonstrate a positive professional attitude.

- BS degree in engineering or equivalent work experience is required.

- Institute of Configuration Management (ICM) certification is a plus.

- Frequent overtime, domestic and international travel is required.
