Overall Purpose of Job:
The engineer will interact as a technical interface between customer and TEE Basic SW. He or She will be part of a global team that is distributed in Germany, USA, India and China. The responsibility includes requirement discussions with customer engineering, documentation and coordination of the requests to the global engineering teams. Define and synchronize SW content within internal and customer departments. Active review of software changes against agreed customer requirements.





Major Responsibilities:

? Technical Customer SW interface
? CAN network requirement analysis
? Software related testing / troubleshooting of vehicle and subsystem components
? Set up test manuals, execution of tests and analysis of test results.
? Creation of software work brake down based on customer requirements
? Assigning SW change requests to the offshore engineering team
? Management of SW requirements and specification with Doors and MKS.
? Close interaction with global SW departments (India, China, Germany, US)
? Supporting HIL tests and maintaining HIL models
? Vehicle Application team support by analyzing and correcting malfunctions in the vehicle
? Customer production line support


Key Competencies:

? 3+ years experience in C language and in automotive or related embedded systems software design including requirements & analysis, implementation of code, debugging, integration, verification & validation, release, and maintenance
? excellent analytical thinking capability
? excellent problem resolution skills
? Basic knowledge in UDS and KWP2000 diagnostics
? Detailed Automotive CAN network knowledge
? Experience with CAN and Kline drivers
? Global team player
? Automotive experience in Anti-lock Braking, Traction Control and Yaw Stability Control systems is preferred.
? Fluent English & Chinese both spoken and written is mandatory
? Good Electronic knowledge
? Good Micro Controller knowledge
? Basic Automotive Spice knowledge
? Experience with Doors and/or MKS
? Willing to travel (domestic & international)




Education and Experience:


Educational: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering (BCSE). MSc preferred.


Experience: 4+ years
