职位描述
Position: Senior Sales Manger - Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) Pump Business.
Responsibilities:
· Definition and implementation of a commercial strategy for the Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) pump business.
· Creates, seeks agreement for and drives deployment of a strategic plan for the customer(s) securing the interaction of all relevant functions.
· Accountability for and control of the customer interface, providing high quality and consistent account management appropriate to the customer need.
· Establishment of proactive and two way communication with the customer such that Company long term business and technology are understood and are relevant to the customer and customer confidence, trust and dependence are engendered.
· Ensures TRW maximizes its sales revenue by creating and executing robust battle plans.
· Directs customer planning activities and ensures Company's account support infrastructure is appropriate to the task.
· Accountable for customer profitability and revenue growth
Education:
· Education to diploma / degree level, preferably in commercial / engineering / economics.
Requirements:
· Fluent in English.
· Experienced auto-industry business person with extensive sales & marketing experience and entrepreneurial approach.
· Prior experience of Transmission, Powertrain and Mechatronics business with OEMs and Tier 1s.
· Recognised success at building business relationships at strategic levels within complex international companies.
· Technically aware of the major issues facing the customer (opportunities / solutions) and Company (today and future).
· Effective in front of the customer
· Good internal / external communication skills
· Effective project manager. Ability to mobilise the organisation to address/respond to an issue/opportunity without delegating upwards, other than by exception.
· Skilled negotiator, knows when to say "no".
· Minimum of four to six years working experience in similar position or function.
· Self starter, able to work without direct supervision.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Business and financial acumen.
Note: The applicants must have Auto Supplier Powertrain such as Engine System or Trassmission products sales working experience!
