Job Description

· As a proactive entrepreneur, build-up and guide the local Program Management Office (PMO) into a successful future.

· Be responsible for providing administrative support to the local projects.

· Play a significant role in the process of training and consulting the projects through experienced Project Managers out of the PMO team in order to set up and execute the projects in the right way.

· Have a significant lever to sustainably ensure the success of our project .

· As leader of the local PMO, work close with nearly all decision makers.

· Report locally to the Program Management and functionally to the Head of global PMO organization.

Necessary requirements任职资格

· Graduate Engineer in a technical specialist area

· 8 years automotive project management experience (electronics)

· Good at written and verbal English

· Knowledge in auto quality management procedure

· Knowledge in the area of process planning and cost control

· Knowledge in the people management

Experience in process implementation is preferable.
