Job Purpose

Specialized at FSSC process, support GPT (Global Process Transformation) implementation, coach new employees. Drive ongoing consolidation of finance activities, process standardization and operational efficiency and effectiveness

Key Responsibilities

DO

- Support GPT to do data analysis and implementation of the global processes in FSSC.

- Document the FSSC process and data quality requirements with guidance from the manager.

- Specialized at FSSC processes, and able to solve the complex issues independently if no process changes involved.

- Coach and train FSSC new team members on general policies and procedures.

- Identify the gap between current process and practice, work with the manager to eliminate the gap and improve the process.

- Support other projects in FSSC.

- Familiar with Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- University Degree in Accounting or Finance

- Over 3 years related working experience
