职位描述

MAIN PURPOSE

To assist Regional Commercial Manager in daily boutique operations of each area in regional market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibility 1 - Boutique sales aids & stationary order and tracking
?Monitor sales aids, stationary and PLV stock at each boutique every month
?Validate and place order for each boutique and follow up with different department for timely replenishment

Key responsibility 2 – Boutique daily expense management and PO settlement
?Expense Monitoring: Check monthly expenses at boutique level per item (telephone/drinking water/dry cleaning/travel expenses etc.), provide suggestion and advice to boutique manager; Follow up reimbursement process
?Fill in PO in the system for expense, such as VIP expense, CRM expenses, Event-related expense and etc.
?Follow up on payment reimbursement status
?Monitor the sales proceeds reconciliation between the Mall & RCCL
?Negotiate and confirm contract with suppliers (Security/Cleaning company etc.), monitor actual performance and service quality

Key responsibility 3 – Event Support
?Generate VIP name list for boutique for each event. Coordinate with PR department & office commercial team & boutique staff in organizing related PR events (retail/wholesale) for invitation distribution and event rundown to ensure understanding and execution.
?Book flight and hotel if needed for VIPs
?On-site event support and provide show-up rate and qualitative feedback after the event
?Coordination with visual team to maintain the brand image through visual display.

Key responsibility 4 – CRM
?Propose and place order for catalogue, CDB card, birthday card, welcome book, year-end chocolate, Chinese New Year red bag, greeting card, VIP gifts and etc for boutique use. And follow up on delivery and distribution to boutiques.
?Suggest and confirm on CRM aids’ distribution criteria and time frame
?Email VIP birthday name list to each boutique to send birthday card every month
?Liaise with CRM on monitoring CDB complete address rate, registration rate, and action plan to improve

Key responsibility 5 - New open & close & boutique internalization project support in logistics perspective
?Work out NSF presentation file
?Place order for stationary, PLV, uniform, sales tools and etc. for opening
?Support Regional Commercial Manager on system adjustment, sales aids arrangement and boutique expense check in boutique close and internalization projects.

Key responsibility 6 - CASS
?Work with CRM to investigate, propose solutions and follow up on tough CASS cases referred from boutique, CASS centre and Call centre

Key responsibility 7 - Indent Order
?Handle product ordering inquiry from BTQs.
?Liaise with marketing team for stock availability & delivery, and follow-up (special order list)

Key responsibility 8 - Stock Replenishment
?Chase delivery status & monitor with Operator.
?Responsible for order issue, logistics, customer service, after-sale service throughout dealers & retailers.

Key responsibility 9 - Reports and Tools
?Set up sales report (monthly sell-out reports, yearly sell -out report, sell-out by category segmentation, competitor analysis report, accounts receivable, etc) to support W/S manager to set up follow-up tools.
?Set up and prepare tools to allocate resources in terms of products (newly product launch specification, Inventory report, etc).

Key responsibility 10 - Dealers Account Management
?Support account manager to monitor the existing dealers account, including sell-in, merchandising and targeted action plans for each individual markets.
