Lead import and export team perform a professional, safe, efficient and compliant daily operation for high end products covering fine jewelry, watches, leather goods, RTWs and accessories in China, including:
i. Customs declaration process monitoring
ii. CIQ declaration process monitoring
iii. Import and export licensing application management
iv. Transportation management according to insurance guideline
v. Reverse logistics
vi. Event logistics

Manage and ensure the end-to-end professional and sophisticated logistics of POSM, spare parts, fixed assets and exhibits for 16 brands in China;

3rd party logistics suppliers KIPs and performance review, improvement, and process formulation; proactively monitor, propose and implement operational procedures and physical improvements;

Manage all import and export relative payment, tax and custom duties with Chinese import and export authorities, carriers, and 3rd party logistics to ensure safe, efficient and effective transfer across China and overseas;

Insurance limits monitoring and strictly follow security and risk team guide book during airport terminal overnight storage, international air freight and domestics transportation;

As the key reliable and professional logistics contact and interface with overseas suppliers and shippers, to corporate headquarter and regional office for worldwide transportation management;

As the key contact with China local Import and Export Customs and other government authorities, local and international 3rd party logistics suppliers such as freight forwarders, I/E agent, broker and transporter;

As the expert for urgent/critical import and export affairs handling;
