职位描述
Retail Department Assistance
- Managing office administration for retail department.
- Applying retail payments via RCCL PO system, including boutique’s rental, stationaries expenses, courier fees, security fees and cleaning charges….etc.
- Arranging travel bookings for retail department and global retail visitors
- Preparing necessary personnel reports, including monthly commission reports, staff movement, staff performance, staff information…etc.
- Preparing meeting agenda and meeting minutes for monthly manager meetings
- Supporting new shop opening setup and CRM events
- Handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Boutique Administration Assistance
- Consolidating boutique monthly payment requisitions (petty cash and T&E)
- Checking boutique attendance information (roaster and timesheet)
- Verifying boutique staff leave records in accordance with ELMS records
- Producing and refilling boutique stationaries (invoice, alteration form, customer registration form, business card printing etc.)
- Ordering seasonal catalogues and sales books for boutiques
- Arranging travel booking for boutique managers
- Submitting boutiques’ operational contracts (security and cleaning) for legal review
Boutiques and RCCL Support Function Departments Coordination
- Liaising with RCCL HR for new boutique staff onboard preparation
- Liaising with RCCL finance to arrange customer refund requests (if any)
- Liaising with RCCL finance to arrange boutique miscellaneous payment to vendors (telephone, electricity…etc.)
- Liaising Liaising with RCCL finance to arrange cash pickup service for each boutique
- with RCCL IT for retail office and boutique IT requisition
- Liaising with RCCL support function departments for document stamping, supplier code creation and reimbursement arrangement..etc.
CRM
- Managing non-merchandise GWP, VIC gifts and fragrance testers
- Organizing customer data to classify customer grades in system
- Submitting the weekly client tracker report to Paris
- Analyzing customer data to provide an validated customer list to boutiques
