Primary Duties and Responsibilities

? checking for Customs declaration documents

? prepare Customs refund paper to customer

? timely check and solve daily operation issues to ensure the smooth of declaration

? monitor the service quality of broker and solve each issue from customer

? Proactively work to reduce risk and potential claims.

? Ensure proper and timely follow-up in case of irregularities.

? Report adequately, regularly and proactively on performance and developments.

? Work with customers and vendors to improve our performance and service.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

1:Bachelor of international trade,English, transportation 2:Minimun of 1 year experience in similar position

Certifications and Licenses (Optional but advantageous)

Languages and Communication Skills

l Good English, both writing and spoken

Language proficiency:Good communication and inter-personal skill

Computer Skills

l Good PC skill
