职位描述
Responsibilities:
Warehouse management
1. Be on-site of warehouses regularly to understand the real situation of warehouse and push for action plan if needed.
2. Coordinate with warehouse to help Customer Service solve urgent issues upon request when on-site team members can not cover.
3. Coordinate with HSSE for the C-TPAT follow up from warehouse to ensure warehouse fully comply with C-TPAT requirements.
4. Manage the contract with warehouse. Ensure contract is renewed before expiry.
Holiday /Forecast management
1. Monitor the forecasting volume vs. actual volume on weekly basis and call for action plan in case any big variance and also request warehouse to prepare enough resource as well as preparation plan to receive the huge volume.
2. Proactively prepare for peak and long holiday to ensure the smooth operation from warehouse by detailed action plan before holiday, meanwhile keep ongoing communication to all involved relevant parties on e.g. warehouse capacity, challenges, etc.. and coordinate with CUS for support if needed
Client Visit Coordination
1. Monitor on-site team to coordinate with warehouse/customer service for the proper arrangement of client visit and accompany client visit for VIP clients or upon request.
2. Further follow on the warehouse sales leads. This currently mainly handled by Jack, however, without time on those visit follow up, we do not see much essential benefit from those visit. Flora will be together with Jack on those visiting to ensure we have much resource on the follow up.
New client landing coordination 1. Nominate warehouse for new landed customer upon cost analysis for YS/WGQ ratio and warehouse pros and cons to ensure best service provided by the suitable warehouse while maintaining CEVAcost lowest.
2. Monitor on-site to coordinate with warehouse/customer service for the sucessful landing of real operation by IOP review, on-site for 1st shipment etc.
Cost management
1. Coordinate with pricing team and provide cost to pricing upon request within given deadline and help pricing/client to clarify the questions if any when on-site team members can not cover
2. Compare different warehouses on hand to find out competitive price together with CFS pricing head for increasing profit margin
3. Coordinate with team members to maintain the cost file and update quareterly to pricing team
Warehouse improvement 1. Chase for internal customer satisfaction by establishing monthly warehouse evaluation report process with multipal BUs and monitor team members to chase warehouse for action plan and monitor the result by monthly KPI or evaluation or quarterly true voice survey.
2. Setup KPI criteria for warehouse and monitor team members to update KPI on monthly basis.
3. Monthly review the KPI with warehouse and support on-site to push warehouse for detailed action plan and further closely follow up to chase a result to meet client satisfaction
4. Monitor on-site team members to quarterly review the True Voice result with warehouse and push warehouse for detailed action plan and further closely follow up to chase a result to meet client satisfaction
Requirement to candidate
More than 5 years warehouse management experience
