Responsibilities:

Implements high quality features
Works closely with Dev leads, test team and program managers on the owned features
Provides the communication channel when a customer encounters a problem and wants get support from Microsoft online
Provides the infrastructure on Microsoft Knowledge Base articles online to support millions of users

Requirements:

BS in Computer Science or equivalent is required
At least two industry experience with solid software programming skills
Strong coding skills in C# and hands-on experiences with .NET based application development
Has in-depth knowledge of WPF
Possesses good communication skills in both Chinese and English
Master degree majored in computer/software engineering or related technical disciplines are preferred
