职位描述：
1.实施硬件开发流程，对硬件开发工程师进行指导和培训，解决开发过程中出现的问题，提高开发结果的正确性和可靠度；
2.汽车电子产品VCU、BCM、EPS ECU的硬件开发和管理：
3.逻辑控制电路设计、功率和电机控制电路设计；
4.电路原理图设计和仿真分析；PCB layout和热仿真和验证；
5.根据客户需求，并与软件、机构、测试工程师共同work out出硬件设计结果并做验证和分析；
6.制定技术规范给测试、工厂、结构设计和软件设计作为设计、测试和生产的依据。
职位要求：
1.具备电力电子和电机控制方面的硬件设计专业知识和经验；
2.具备模拟、数字电路的硬件设计专业知识和经验；
3.有汽车电子产品的开发经验，有车载网络CAN/LIN的开发经验；
4.可以熟练使用万用表，示波器等电子工程师所使用的设备和工具。
5.熟悉电子产品的发展流程，从基本概念到大批生产，有5年以上汽车电子硬件研发经验，具有管理经验更佳。
