职位描述：
1.参与制定部门软件开发体系流程，提供软件开发过程培训；
2.协助制定项目开发计划，为项目实施软件开发过程提供咨询；
3.审计过程执行情况，并督促问题的解决；
4.收集开发过程数据，并对关键指标进行分析；
5.收集改进建议，提出改进方案，协调团队实施软件过程改进，跟踪改进措施的实施；
6.参与部门的流程改进。

职位要求：
1.计算机软件工程或相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
2.两年以上软件工程经验，其中至少一年实施规范化的过程管理经验；
3.熟悉CMMI质量管理体系，具有丰富的软件工程和项目管理的理论及实践经验。有CMMI-3级的导入经验者优先考虑；
4.具有基本的软件过程度量的知识，并能通过软件度量的数据分析项目的质量状况，提出改进建议并推动实施；
5.对过程改进工作充满热情，工作细心，原则性强，有优秀的交流沟通和组织协调能力；
6 熟练阅读英文文献资料，英语CET-6者优先。
