1.大功率变换器技术及其应用的研究；
2.协助规划大功率变换器技术及其应用的研究方向；
3.研究技术需求，确定团队的技术路线，指导专案团队解决技术问题；

职位要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，电力电子与电力传动相关专业，5年以上开发大功率变换器工作经验，博士优先；
2.有深厚的大功率电力电子理论基础，对大功率变换器的原理、控制算法和应用有深入研究，有主导产品开发的经验；
3.对大功率电力电子的相关应用有很好的理解，有中压电力电子研发经验者优先；
4.较强的研究创新和实践能力；
5.英文口语和写作均较流利；
6.对研究工作有较强兴趣。
