Basic Function:

1. To ensure BMD clinical studies are conducted in accordance with applicable SOPs, protocols, GCP/ICH guidelines, and applicable regulations, as well as meet the client requirement.
2. Support/guide clinical research service (CRS) to deliver and implement professional training for the related staffs.
3. Collaborates both face-to-face and virtually with other members to ensure business objectives are met through effective learning solutions.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Implement and deliver the agreed upon BMD training and QC plan, to assist CRS to deliver a better compliance with relevant ICH, GCP, country regulations and guidelines.
2. Participate in BMD system/standards improvement activities.
3. Contribute to the development of and responsible for implementation and delivery of specific process initiatives as defined and agreed upon.
4. Provide advice and support to CRS, including Project Managers and other key local stakeholders with regard to training, quality control, risk assessment and management, and corrective/prevention actions.
5. Provide technical support to CRAs to ensure that they have the required knowledge to fulfill their duties.
6.Conduct co-visit per QC plan, mentor and coach CRA when applicable.
7. Work closely with HR/LM/CRM/PM to implement, yearly review to update and deliver the training plan which to support CRS to deliver a better compliance with relevant ICH, GCP, regulations and protocols, etc.
8.Design and develop/revise education department courses and materials to be consistent with the business goals and objectives, delivers training program/plan and also response the changes in the curriculum.

Qualifications;

1. A Bachelor Degree in a medical, health, or science related are, or a nursing degree.
2. Be able to communicate in English,both orally and in writing.
3. Minimum of 3 years related experience in clinical research or related training/education areas including at least 1 years CRS experience.
4. Good understanding of Phase I/IV quality principles, CRS, all relevant GCP guidelines and of local and international regulations.
5. Knowledge of medical terminology and high proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Outlook.
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and organizational skills.
7. Good team player, self-motivated, positive character and attention to details.
8. Strong customer focused sensitivity towards internal and external customers.

Able to travel when required.
