职位描述
1. Budget Monitory
In compliance with proper rules and procedures as set out by the Swatch Group, Longines international and Event & Promotion Manager, the person should monitor and execute budget of individual projects and overall marcom budget in his assigned geographic area. He / She should provide monthly report and analysis and make recommendations in case of irregular status for the best investment of marcom resources in his assigned region.
2. Implementation of event and promotion plan under the direction of Event & Promotion manager in collaboration with event agency, area managers, retailers, event organizing committees, internal PR, merchandising and advertising responsibles.
Keep abreast of the market situation and international guidelines, the person should be resourceful enough to execute effective and regional-fit event and promotion plan (Product launches, POS promotions, rental, regional coverage).
He/ She should work with internal departments and external parties to creatively plan and systematically carry out the event and promotion activities in a cost effective manner.
He/ She should be resourcesful enough to acquire first hand information on possible sponsorship opportunities in his geographic area.
3. In compliance with guidelines as set out by the Swatch Group, Longines international and Event & Promotion manager, the person should timely and accurately submit reports of all regional advertising plan and marcom activities and for the purpose of planning and evaluation
File retailers and consumers' feedback on event and promotion and deduce best practices and direction for improvements.
File event and promotion reports on a monthly basis and deduce best practices and direction for improvements.
Observe and consolidate competitors report and deduce best practices and worst practices on a monthly basis.
File retailers, guests feedback and analysis on events and promotions and make recommendations for improvements.
