Primary Purpose


Key Responsibilities

? Conduct the HS code classifications via SAP for SP’s Customs handbook registration, and manual classification for JAX/CJI handbags/SLG
? Take lead on YBLP and Top 5 volume China SPs’ pre-audit and determine HKG U-turn routing instruction
? Review inbound HS codes from overseas SPs.
? Align Chinese HTS code and Chinese description with SPs for any disputes or field FTF meeting with each SP’s local customs jurisdiction for alignment
? Working with CIL IS team and US IT team to assist in improving the procedure of HTS classification on SAP and other trade compliance processes
? Collect the regulations and notifications from related government agencies for team's due diligence analysis, focusing on Customs valuation, FTA, bonded operations; HS code classification, Exotic Order, export VAT refund, CIQ licenses, etc.
? Assist Director to oversee and track the CSL import customs clearance ops and any ADC related customs& trade compliance activities.
? Assist Director to research and develop the solutions of supply chain optimization and efficiency in a trade complaint way, and support any special customs & trade compliance activities for Coach's expansion in Asia.
? Assist Director to coordinate Coach controlled shipments (CI Prepaid Account, HKG/SIN/SHA ICHs, JAX, CJI and any new ICHs in Asia), assist the flight/vessel booking and track the lead time from “ADC SLI to ADC departure”, including transportation and customs clearance for both ADC inbound and outbound.
? Assist Director to track Coach controlled FFs’ KPI and daily tracking reports to ensure on-time delivery per FFs’ agreed lead-time for international carriage and destination handling.
? Assist Director in 1st round freight/customs clearance bill review, including ADC export clearance, SIN ICH, CI prepaid, DHL Express parcels, CJI local trucking, ADC inbound freight bills, and future freight bills to new ICHs in Asia.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

? A bachelor degree from a full-time university is required; Business or supply chain major is preferred
? Customs broker license is highly preferred
? Good reading and writing skills in English are required; Good spoken English is highly desirable
? 2+ year work experience is highly preferred in a supply chain, customs, or import/export field
