岗位职责：
1、进行前期需求分析；设计测试用例，撰写相关测试脚本，根据测试结果编写测试报告，及后期维护；
2、完成上级领导委派的其他任务。
公司将提供相关技能和业务模块的培训。

岗位要求：
任职要求：
1、本科毕业具备至少1年以上工作经验，计算机本科相关专业；
2、具有通信/计算机行业软件开发或测试工作背景优先；
3、有一定的测试理论基础，和语言代码能力，熟悉IP通讯协议；
4、具有专业的测试精神，并且工作严谨、细致、耐心，有较强的责任心；
5、具有良好的团队协作精神，较强的学习能力和较好的沟通协调能力，工作扎实。

Requirement：

1. College degree or advance in computer science or related major

2. Advanced English reading and writing skill, especially for defect description

3. Be familiar with Test method(e.g. stress test, black box test, white box test, performance test etc)

4. Be familiar with Test process (e.g. V module, W module, etc)

5. Advanced skill about Operation System such as Win XP etc

6. Advanced Error Analysis Skill

7. Advanced Error Guessing Skill

8. At least two year experience about test execution

9. Experience about test execution management is plus;

10. Experience in software development is plus.

Capability

1. Proactive. Be proactive to find the solution and is able to choose the optimum solution or method between different possibilities/options

2. Having advanced learning ability.

3. Excellent Communication with colleagues in different team and testers.

4. Earnest & Preciseness especially for checking error report and test log.

5. Logic especially for error description and analysis.

6. Team Player. Be able to organize test execution team and coach tester.

7. Decision Making. Be able to make solution and method independently.
