Position Summary
Serve as a MA professional to support DC post-marketing clinical trials
Conduct clinical trials/studies to support company business objectives and to ensure trial/study conduction in accordance with scientific, regulatory and corporate quality requirements.
To collaborate with relevant groups, give input from protocol design to data analysis to meet business objectives.
To maintain good relationship with site.

Duties and Responsibilities
Overseeing the management and administration of all aspects of clinical trials/studies involved in each step of the clinical trial/study.
Assisting with preparation of protocols and other necessary documents per required.
Preparing protocols and other necessary documents required for trial approval by EC and getting EC approval on time.
Monitoring and coordinating the clinical trial conduction in whole process by following GCP and SOP strictly, Identify issues that may impact on the conduct of the study and ensure appropriate closure of all issues.
Coordinating and giving input to all activities including query resolution, site closure and collection of documentation required for clinical trial reports after trail end.
Ensuring all adverse events are reported and followed up in a timely manner according to GCP and relevant SOP
Maintaining, updating and archiving all clinical trial files on time.
Assisting with data management and analysis, including but not limited to data management protocol creation, database setup, annotation creation, editing and derivation programs validation query management and DCFs generation and tracking.
Any other responsibilities and duties which may be required from time to time.

Qualifications
Master Degree or above in Clinical Medicine or nursing.
Work experience in hospital as physicians or nurses is preferred.
At least 1 year of medical affairs, or clinical monitoring experience.
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good command of English is a must
Computer proficiency required
