Eaton Corporation, Electrical Group APAC's HR Shared Service Center has an opening for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst in Shanghai, China. This position will focus on end-to-end payroll process but not limited on it.
? Compensation and benefits administration – lead the administration, development, documentation and analysis of variable pay programs including Sales Incentive Plans and Variable Pay Plans. Administer flexible benefits programs as well as execute other Compensation and Benefit Policy to deliver the desired business result.
? Payroll - interface with financial institutions / Finance Department / outsourcer to execute payroll.
? Time and attendance - ensure accurate and timely change.
Responsibilities:
? Drives annual Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) and Variable Pay Plan (VPP) review processes, focusing on analysis of current plan offerings, modeling of potential plan changes, final plan calculation and documentation.
? Provides severance pay proposal and analysis.
? Administer flexible benefits programs where applicable.
? Audits ongoing operations to ensure adherence to process flows and data integrity.
? Provides data to the financial planning teams to meet profit plan and accrual targets.
? Provides ongoing support for reporting, troubleshooting and resolution of sales incentive plan-related issues.
? Be responsible for end-to-end payroll process including manage different payroll system.
? Liaison with HRBP’s to understand any changes to compensation and payroll as a result of organization change.
? Identify, classify, maintain and protect files, documentation and sensitive information consistent with data protection, data handling and retention requirements.
? Responds to all payroll queries escalated from employee.
? Ensuring accurate and timely change to employee data (including setting up and amendment of employee data, work schedules and leave balances) where this can’t be carried out via self-service.
? Monitoring and inputting sick pay, holiday pay, and entitlements.
Requirement:
? Bachelor degree, majoring in human resources or psychology or related;
? Understand the labor laws and regulations;
? Good communication skills in English;
? Good computer literacy;
? Intermediate level Excel skills.
