1. Drives consensus meetings with country Sales/Marketing /Finance to achieve consensus forecast at level representative of market segments and maintains forecast within SCM.

2. Monitor timely delivery and back orders. Expedite shipments and resolve exceptions

3. Resolve non-compliance shipments and issues with supplying division.

4. Monitor proper maintenance of master data relate to planning in R/3 and APO. Help to solve system issue of daily operation.

5. Initiate S&OP meeting monthly. Coordinating supply chain activities with business.

6. Track and drive operation metrics. Continuous improve planning efficiency.

7. Coordinate business requirements with supply chain capacity; follow on the following process of SCM activities.

8. Work with logistic team to improve inbound efficiency.

1. Bachelor Education with management/logistic.
