Job Purpose
Your goal is to develop our market and spread our brand throughout Chongqing and the surrounding areas, balancing and executing several different responsibilities involving: corporate sales, residential sales, managing local retail stores, and coordinating after-sales service plans. You will manage a small team in Chongqing and also work closely with the Chengdu Office.
本职位是为处于公司初期发展阶段的区级市所设,一人可能兼任多职。本职位要兼任大客户销售,零售管理和售后服务协调。
本职位旨在于开发推广重庆以及周边地区市场,工作范围涉及团体和个人客户销售,管理本地零售店,协调售后服务计划等几个方面。销售经理需要管理一个小团队,并且与成都办公室保持紧密联系。
Job Responsibilities
Report to: General Manager, West Region汇报上级: 西部地区总经理
Sales (Corporate & Residential) Management类)
l Find new Residential and Corporate leads
l Attend events and organize opportunities for yourself and for the Chongqing Team to meet people and find more leads
a. Residential (housing developments, community involvement, school events)
b. Corporate (networking, Chamber of Commerce events, meeting other companies’ decision makers)
l Research new corporate leads and convert into sales
l Co-marketing with other companies and organizations
l Work with the Sales & Service Director (West Region) to expand sales market and increase sales volume
l Convert incoming leads to Sales
l Contact existing customers to generate referral leads, filter sales, and corporate leads
销售管理(包括大客户类和住宅
l 寻找新的销售机会
l 参加活动,为自己和重庆团队创造社交机会寻找新的销售契机
a. 住宅类(包括住宅开发,社区参与和学校活动)
b. 大客户类(社交,商会活动,与其它公司高层会晤等)
l 研究新的合作机会并转化为销售业绩
l 与其它公司或组织进行市场合作
l 与西部地区销售服务主管一起,拓宽销售市场提高销售业绩
l 将销售机会转化为销售额
l 联系现有客户以发掘推荐客户,滤芯销售以及合作机会
Retail Sales Management
l Oversee the successful operation of multiple stores in the Chongqing area
l Recruit and train Retail Sales Consultants
l Maintain accurate records of all financial operations
l Work with the Retail team in Chengdu to evaluate sales performance and increase sales volume
l Pass corporate leads to Direct Sales team

After Sales Management
l Maintain an active, positive, and personal relationship with each customer
l Be aware of and responsive to clients’ needs, especially filter replacements, service schedules, and warranty issues
l Contact customers regularly to create filter sales
l Resolve all warranty issues and parts replacement
l Encourage the entire Chongqing Team to create close relationships with all of our customers
售后管理
l 积极维护与每位客户的个人关系
l 重视并回应大合作客户需求,特别是滤芯更换,服务流程以及质保相关的事项
l 与客户保持联系以保证滤芯销售
l 解决所有质保和零件更换的问题
l 鼓励整个重庆团队与所有客户保持紧密的关系
Finance and Accounting Duties
l Keep professional contact with CDHO & BJHO Accounting Teams
l Use the U8 System to ensure that all Sales & Customer Information are organized and complete
l Process Sales Invoices in a punctual manner
财务会计职责
l 与成都和北京的财务团队保持专业紧密的联系
l 使用U8系统,保证所有的销售和客户信息完整有序
l 保证发票处理过程的准时性
Administrative Duties
l Ensure that everything (phones, internet, demo machines, POS, scanner, etc.) in the office is in proper working condition
l Be proactive and find new technologies or tools that would enhance office productivity
l Track Inventory and keep appropriate stock levels (sales units, marketing materials, etc.)
行政职责
l 确保电话,网络,Demo机,POS机,空气检测仪等办公设备正常工作
l 积极主动寻找新策略以及工具以提高办公效率
