职位描述
Responsibility:
-Collaborate with marketing resources and the sales leadership team to define overall sales strategy, and to develop products and solutions responsive to the customer's business.
-Develop and implement annual sales plans
-Coach Account Executives to build effective staff relationships that enable them to respond quickly to emerging customer opportunities
-Travels extensively to meet customers and to coach Account Executives in the field.
-Encourage and requires high level teaming and collaboration skills to gain the committed and motivated efforts of in-direct line
-Coordinate closely with the Oakley team to ensure the sales force has the materials and information that it requires to promote our products and services.
Requirement:
-Bachelor's degree or above, good command of English and good computer skill.
-8 plus years of sales experience with not less than 6 years experience in consumer goods wholesale/distribution companies. Retail background is a plus.
-Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process.
-Confident negotiator and ability to "close the deal'.
-Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises.
-Open mind, dynamic, persistent, entrepreneur minded, highly self-motivated, mature, result oriented.
-Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
-Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
