POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. This position is to ensure HR Practice in line with Business Strategy and HR Strategy, support business to achieve the target.
2. Act as HR strategist as well as implementation advisor in helping management team to translate strategy and business structure into practice.
3. Actively involve/support line functions to continuous improvement and developing employee morale.
4. Understands business structure and helps line management to build up the human capability to meet the mid-to-long term business needs.
5. Identify, develop, motivate, and retain key position holders and key talents with support of business managers.
6. Interpret and monitor adherence to company HR policies, procedures and control throughout the company.
7. Provides support for employee relation issues in the company
8. Manage labor relations and co-ordination with labor union.
9. Guide, develop and motivate HR team.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree or above
• Min. 7 years of experiences with 3 yrs in managerial position
• Good communication skills, problem solving skills,
• Good interpersonal and organization skills, self-driven, business acumen.
• A trustworthy person of integrity.
• Good language ability in Chinese and English.

Working as a Recruitment Researcher/Talent Finder, located in either Shanghai or Beijing, (we have vacancies in both locations) the role encompasses working as part of a dedicated team comprising both Consultants and Researchers who are responsible for finding, evaluating and short listing candidates to fill exciting employment opportunities with our established client base.
