POSITION SUMMARY
1、This role is equally focused on driving excellence in BDIS reagent applications & technical support for the customer in hospital system.
2、Interacts with BD hospital customers, sales team, application specialist team and distributors.
3、 Works closely with customers and local experts to optimize application workflows of the existing and new applications on BD flow cytometry
4、Perform duties as described above and below on an “as needs basis”

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide application technical support for customer and sales team on clinical diagnostic, clinical research and leukemia/lymphoma phenotyping test.
2. Resolve technical queries quickly and expertly either over the phone or visiting a customer site
3. Able to do customer training and application development in field.
4. Able to do sales and distributor training
5. Participates actively in the reagent sales process from deal qualification to deal closure
6. Facilitate and co-ordinate product trials locally
Understands customer's requirements and problems, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction

资历
1. Master degree or higher in Immunology, Hematology, Laboratory medicine or related discipline
2. Minimum 2-year's work experiences in related fields, has flow cytometry experience is preferred
3. Minimum 2-year's experience with proven track record in customer excellent and troubleshooting are preferred
4. Demonstrated commercial acumen to help with market/product customer strategy as well as selling skills
5. Good command of English communication in both written and spoken
6. Good presentation skills
7. Team work spirit
8. Ability to travel within the territory to carry out primary responsibilities
9. Positive, self driven, results oriented

1. 硕士以上学历，免疫学、血液学，实验室医学和相关专业
2. 至少2年相关领域经验，有流式细胞仪经验者为佳
3. 至少2年客户问题处理成功经验者为佳
4. 具备商业触觉，能配合市场/产品客户战略和销售技巧
