Job Summary/Purpose:
This position ensures a GLP training of CD4 test, solve the custmer’s technical problem and help them to adopt new protocol.for better monitor of immune for HIV+ case as well as business growth. Establishing key account relationship in MOH and Chinese CDC.

Job Responsibilities:
1）technical support
Responsible for BD customer's technical support and application if necessary; solve the problem of customers’ operation issue during assay by phone call, email and on site, conduct CD4 training on website; deal with complaint from customers.
2）customer training
Conduct GLP training of CD4 test for cutomers
3）seminar support
Seminar presentation for new customer, key accounts
4）marketing activity
Plan and execution for market activity;
5）Establish key account relationship in MOH and Chinese CDC

资历
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Master and above degree in Biology and Medicine related major. Experience of FCM operation is preferable.
2. More than 2 years experience in Life science Company.
3. Experience in marketing is preferable
4. Self motivated and result-driven
5. Good communication, collaboration and teamwork skills
7. Well written and presentation skill for both English and Chinese
