JOB DESCRIPTION


Title: Service Engineer

Location: Beijing, China

Report to: BJ service supervisor

Supervise: None

Overall Purpose of Job:

？ Develop service business via providing the customized solution or non-standard system based on the measurement and evaluation of customer existing system or new customer demands.
？ Be technical expert in hydraulic system, control system, pump application, pump audit and engineering.
？ Be responsible for supplier management, factory inspection and engineering management.
？ Close coordinate with segment, sales and regional service teams in service business, even with service center.

Main Task:
？ To develop service business from existing pumps system /application in customer side.

？ To measure and research customer’s system to make out an optimized scheme for customer.

？ To fulfill measurement of pump system in site and collect data.

？ To organize and supervise engineering project in site.

？ To carry out factory inspection in the third party for the produce of control system, piping, mechanical parts and so on.

？ To design control panel design with PLC &MMI and BUS.

？ Be responsible for instruments and tools daily maintenance in good condition.

？ To participate sales promotion arrangement together sales and segment.

？ To communicate with design institute and customer in technical issue.

？ To prepare materials, plan, arrange and implement the application training to customer.

？ Boost preventive maintenance contract to customer.

？ To provide technical support to sales as regards the customized system solution in various applications.

？ To respond customer’s inquiries, prepare quotation and negotiate contract with customer.

？ Recommend suppliers or subcontractors

？ To comply and ensure the observance of regulations, agreements and local arrangements.

？ To be equal to laws and regulations governing product safety, installations and operation directives.

？ Other tasks assigned by the supervisor or above.



JOB PROFILE


Education and Training

? Degree holder in engineering electrical/electronic field
? Good command in read and written Chinese and English

Experiences

? At least 3-5 years experience in HAVC/pump control or industry automatization
with PLC/MMI/BUS.
? Used to solve technical problems
? Experience in related sales & marketing is preferred

? Preferably 25-35 years old
