职位描述
工作职责（Job Scope）
1. Risk control and advise sponsor business line;
2. Design and amend standard business contract template based on business needs;
3. Responsible for contract hard copy and data filing on a daily basis, delivering legal/contract periodical report by business demands;
4. Resolve legal disputes by forming sound operation process and by independent legal lawsuit skills;
5. Design and deliver effective legal training to business team independently;
6. Update and alert changes in law relevant to sponsor business line with sound risk analysis；
7. Support various legal matters upon request from business head and legal manager.
招聘要求（Job Requirement）
1 3 years or above professional experience in law firm, MNC in-house legal team;
2 LLB from a reputable law school of a university in China, LLM will be a plus. PRC legal bar requested;
3. Proficiency in employment law, contract law, commercial law, etc. with solid lawsuit skill；
4. Excellent Mandarin and English language skills, both verbal and written, sound legal document drafting skill in both Chinese and English language;
5. Excellent communication skills, team player working in an international environment, be highly self-motivated with high integrity level to match an exciting, fast-paced environment, often involved in cutting edge, first impression issues.
