RESPONSIBILITIES

- Report to Senior Marketing Communications Manager and assist in planning and leading promotional activities of kitchen cabinet in China, with specific focus at retail and trade channels.
- Develop trade marketing strategies and support sales programs to drive sales and promote Kohler Kitchens’ brand leadership at retail channels, trade customers, and influencers including distributors, designers, developers, etc.
- Coordinate with Retail Sales & Product Team for consumer and trade promotions at city, regional or national level.
- Manage implement and co-ordinate communication programs and merchandising support including seminars, trade shows, road shows, events.
- Support A&P team for advertising and marketing materials as needed for communication at all channels, ensure that they comply with Kohler Kitchens standards and requirements.
- Monitor and feedback the competitors’ sales and marketing initiatives and activities at all channel level.
- Identify new opportunities and develop support programs to promote sales or Kohler Kitchens brand leadership through joint-promotion, partnerships and alliances with other brands and trade associations.
- Travel to other cities in the Region will be required.


RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

? Direct report to Senior Marketing Communications Manager of Kohler Kitchen Cabinet.
? Frequently contacts with the Sales team, Product team, A&P team, S&E team.
? External contacts: distributors, agencies, vendors.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- University graduate in business related disciplines
- With a minimum of four years solid experience in consumer and trade promotions with Joint Ventures (JV) or Wholly owned Foreign Enterprises (WOFE), preferably with reputed consumer-driven multinationals in the PRC
- With a sound knowledge and solid experience in trade marketing and retail merchandising
- Excellent communication skills to work with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Adaptable, initiative and able to meet deadline in a tight schedule with minimal supervision
- Pleasant, mature, self-motivated, results-oriented
- A team player and with good organization skills
- Willing to travel when required by business
