Responsibilities:

• Advertising – working with China Marketing team to correctly and effectively utilize the C&W advertising campaign.
• Branding – ensuring that all corporate templates, including contracts, stationary, presentations, proposals, brochures, fonts, colours etc are all according to regional corporate standards.
• Communications – create and implement communication campaigns for Eastern China that effectively promote the C&W brand and properties we are engaged to lease and sell to clients. This includes all mediums, including direct and print.
• Corporate information – maintaining a library of resources for use by all in the office.
• Responsible for External & Internal Events – planning, organising, coordinating all the events in Eastern China, and project management of the event on the day/night.
• Mailing List – manage the mailing list for Eastern China in conjunction with relevant service lines, upon guidance by CCDB task force.
• Media Relations – continuously talking with journalists, reporters and editors of key newspapers, publications, radio and TV programmes based in Shanghai and Eastern China to make sure that the C&W professionals in Eastern China and the company name is continuously used.
• Research publications – ensuring consistency and timing of the distribution and printing of all research led publications, upon guidance by China Marketing.

Qualification:

• Bilingual with spoken and written fluency in English and Mandarin
• 7-10 years of Marketing & Communications experience within the professional services industry
• Bachelor’s Degree or Masters Degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Detailed oriented, quality-driven with zero-tolerance for error.
• Excellent project management skills including the ability to marshal resources, communicate and manage timelines and responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
