Summary:
Be responsible for overall warehouse and copacking activities for Hershey Greater China.
This role will manage Hershey Greater China Distribution Center, co manufacture distribution center, copacking activities and destruction activities. Manage 3rd party logistics/Co-man warehouse performance, ensure 3PL’s daily operation aligned with SOP, products be stored in condition meet QA standards and inventory accuracy. 3PL KPI measurement and billing.
Manage copacking, from copacking cost negotiation to deliver finished goods on time and in good quality.
Implement destruction activity align with QA principle. ensure the whole destruction process follows SOP and system be operated correctly and on time, documents well filing.
Find solutions for daily Warehouse management, copacking issues and process optimization. Initiate proposal for warehouse, copacking and destruction solutions to meet business needs and cost saving. Manage vendor sourcing, conduct RFP as needed and contract negotiation.
This role manages warehouse, copacking and destruction 3PLs and have 1 subordinates.
This role is responsible for system optimization and operation. Requires interaction with Hsy Greater China Demand/Supply planning, Finance, Marketing, JV, Co-Manufacturing, co-packing, QRC, IS, etc.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for 3PL warehouse management for Hershey Greater China, including co manufacturing warehouse. Supervise daily operations, ensure SOP be strictly followed, inventory accuracy and implement cost saving. Daily operation optimization and SOP update, warehouse capacity assurance. Daily warehouse issue solution.
- conduct weekly cycle count and monthly stock take for all warehouses in China, inventory accuracy: 99.5%
- Supervisor daily operations of all warehouses in China, conduct efficient coordination to ensure warehousing process been implemented correctly and timely;
- Manage 3PL KPI and lead monthly operation review meeting
- Monthly Billing and cost saving;
- Initiatives for daily operation optimization
- Be responsible for warehouse SOP
- Negotiate with 3PL to ensure daily warehouse capacity based on forecast
2. Co packing/labeling management, ensure copacking/labeling capability and quality to meet business needs.
- Design co packing/labeling SOP for new products, estimate co packing/labeling productivity and cost;
- Train and set up co packing/labeling procedure for vendors.
- Prepare monthly and weekly co packing/labeling plan, monitor daily co packing/labeling, ensure co packing/labeling service level 99.5%.
- Support co packing/labeling capability expansion to meet business growth
- Organize monthly review meeting
- Monthly billing and cost saving
3. Manage destruction process.
- Prepare destruction list, get it signed by Management, monitor the physical destruction of products.
- SAP operation, filing, ensure physical goods received, goods be destroyed is correct and align with SAP record.
4. Reports, cost analysis and others
- Business reports/analysis as requested
- Monthly warehouse cost forecast and gap analysis between actual vs. forecast
- Other tasks assigned by manager
5. Be responsible for operate SAP system correctly and on time. Optimize system support. Manage filing, reports.
- Operate Warehouse, co packing, destruction related transactions in SAP, ensure it been done correctly and timely;
- Initiate and work with IS to further develop system to meet business needs
- Filing related documents, e.g., destruction documents
6. Response Internal/External audit.

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:

? Experience：Minimum 8 years warehouse and copacking related working experience, 3 years team management experience. SAP user experience is a plus.
