Responsibility:
-Work with BU for the purchasing plan /forecasting
-Maintain products information in the internal system (Product Description, flagging, costing, pricing, estimated time of arrival, etc.)
-Place a purchase order within 48 hours once it is approved
-Maintain appropriate inventory levels
-Manage owned inventory and execute vendor payment
-Clear excess & obsolete inventory by effective communications with vendor managers
-Understand the terms and conditions provided in the contract (stock rotations, price protections, etc.)
-Coordinate with A/P if the received quantity differs from the order quantity
-Work with other buyers for purchasing all that in the category if needed
-Define terms and check details with Purchasing Manager when signing contracts with new vendors
-Ensure the exit process including A/P reconciliation, product return and system updating when terminating contracts with old vendors

Requirement:
-College degree or above is preferred
-Good communication skills
-Good English and PC skills (Excel, Access, etc.)
-Understanding of relevant technologies & vendor products
-Ability to understand and analyze complex data in the regular reports
-Detail-oriented personality
-Good team spirit
