职位描述
Program controller Report to :program controlling manager
l Validate each gate(program phase)at economic level.
l produce and comment on standard program reporting to the program team,the division and the bussiness grop.
l participate in profitability and cash improvement actions(make-or-buy decisions,etc.)
l ensure that company assets are optimized in the program
l support,coach and challenge the program team on all finacial matters
l contribute to the budget and the medium term plan(MTP)processes,
l propose business tools and system improvements relevant to programs.
l collect relevant date and issues the frist bussiness plan simulations and the request for quotation(RFQ)
l review and chanllenge resulting data,
l program monitoring.
l issue the initial bussiness plan(IBP),keeping it up to date throughout the program's life.
l analyze capital requirement and investment requests.
l ensure adequate transition of grogram data and information to production site controller
