Service Engineer

Main Responsibilities

1) Be in charge of the customer service, technical support, trouble shooting for the customers, assist the sales team to handle technical issues to satisfy the customers’ needs, strengthen the relationships with the customers;

2) Response to the claims from customers promptly. Define, evaluate, measure, analyze the root cause of the failures and supply the phone calls, E-mails, on-site service when needed;

3) Coordinate with the customers to return the failed products for the inspection and repair when needed;

4) Service trainings including operation and maintenance for the customers;

5) Create well structured service reports, and give feedback to quality department for continuous quality improvement, correction and precaution of the faults;

6) Communicate with the technicians on application field, product development, global customers' information and latest technical development trend in order to provide better guidance to the customers and sales team;

7) Other tasks assigned by team & company.

Requirements：

1) Education: Bachelor degree or above;

2) At least 5+ years working experience in relevant industries;

3) Can work under pressure independently, and willing to travel frequently;

4) Good command of written & spoken English;

5) With team work spirit;

6) Strong technical background;

7) Good at communicate with both internal and external parties, open mind to share with others;

8) Confident, enthusiastic, flexible, hands-on and well-organized professional with strong business acumen.

9) Experience on system of material handling and electrification is preferred.
