Key Areas of Responsibility：

ü Ensure this is a suitable manufacturing process to deliver targeted yield, product quality, throughput, cost and safety
ü Ensure the management process and review structure on supplier side capable to deliver the expected results and the execution is in place
ü Initiate and drive continuous improvement on supplier side in terms of quality, cost and delivery
ü Ensure all agreed actions with supplier executed on time
ü Support other functional (R&D, purchasing, quality, supply chain) improvement actions on supplier side and manage the conflicts,
ü Provide support to supplier on problem solving
ü Provide inputs to management on supplier selection process and supplier strategy
ü Set regular reviews with suppliers and report the status to the management

Job Requirements & Skills

· Education学历
Relevant university education.
· Experience工作经验
Preferably more than 5 years experiences in supplier quality management, supply chain manange and industiral operations management
· Competency and Skills能力和技能
1. Strong functional background in SCM and SQM.
2. Strong skills in driving things happen on supplier side
3. Conflicts management
4. Solid analytical and conceptual skills.
5. Good at teamwork and communication skills
6. Good at leading a cross function team
7. Good at oral and written English.
8. System proficiency in MS Office.
9. Drive for commitment, perseverance in stressful situations.
10. Positive mindset and attitude with regard to pressure and challenge.
11. Good knowledge of process improvement and problem solving
