POSITION DESCRIPTION
Reporting to: Head Of Internal Audit (Italian)
This role is a new opening. He or she will cover whole plant as an individual contributor. This plant base in Qing Xi Town, Dongguan, there is 1000+ staffs in this plant. Shuttle bus is provided between Shenzhen and Dongguan.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assessing and evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls across a range of financial and operational processes;
2. Assessing financial and operating business risk;
3. Evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes;
4. Assisting management develop and deploy business process improvement initiatives;
5. Identifying best practices to improve process efficiency and improve cost effectiveness;
6. Supporting the development of the audit scopes and detailed test plans;
7. Writing audit reports in English for management summarizing the assessment of controls and development of practical recommendations to improve controls;
8. Perform other ad hoc duties that might be assigned from time to time by the Head of Internal Audit;
9. Supporting of the Italian Internal Audit Team during the reviews of other Chinese companies;

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Skill and abilities required:

• Strong understanding of internal audit principles;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Ability to build effective and valued relationships;
• Strong communication, interview and presentation skills across all levels of management;
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
• Ability to work independently;
• Ability to understand, document and analyze processes, risks and controls from an internal audit or SOX viewpoint;

Education and experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business is required:
• CIA or CPA preferred but not required;
• Ideally 3 or 4 yrs of Big Four or National CPA firm experience is preferred;
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
• Strong preference to candidates with Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel or MS Access or ACL;
• SAP technical knowledge is a plus;
