职位描述

Objectives:
1.Lead 5 Sr. PM/PM for Fluid System Product Portfolio Management;
2.Set up marketing strategies and make sure the flawless implementation to drive FS business growth;
3.Enhance Baxter leading image in IV solution field through continuous concept and brand building;
4.Build a strong product management team with learning and sharing culture.

Responsibilities:
1.Coach and work with five Sr. PM/PM for the marketing plans respectively including in-depth market analysis, market strategies set up, tactics implementation, KOL management, etc.;
2.Set up practical SEP mode together with EE team for better sales, project, data record and follow up;
3.Lead the team and work with R&D and plant people for continuous product improvement projects;
4.Design and implement necessary marketing research projects for various purpose, e.g. customer needs, event efficiency, product improvement, etc.;
5.Work with several important associations for strategic collaboration programs, e.g. Chinese Hospital Association, China Pharmacy Association Hospital Pharmacy Committee, etc.;
6.Work closely with HCU team, leverage the resource, provide IV Safety related branding suggestions, and manage the pharmacy KOLs together;
7.Work closely with HCS team, leverage the key programs running in HCS accounts and maximize the spill-over effect;
8.Work closely with CS team, provide the key training materials, manage the product complaints more efficiently, and manage the nurse KOLs together;
9.Work closely with BMI team, provide necessary support from product management team to the pilot projects and leverage the resources;
10.Work closely with NP/BMI manager and SI manager for new product evaluation and product pipeline building;
11.Manage the budget and provide necessary supports to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above with science, business, medical or pharmacy major; mater of administrative management is a preference;
2.2-3 years proven track record on sales experiences;
3.At least 8 years of product management and marketing experiences in different therapeutic areas with more than 4 years of people management experiences and proven inspiring team leader;
4.Positive business attitude & strong Business acumens;
5.Excellent communication, influence, interpersonal and coaching skills;
6.Good business analysis skills, reasonable financial skills, and good project management skill;
7.Innovative, enthusiasm, passion to motive team and somewhat strategic thinking capabilities;
8.Fluent in English for listening, speaking, reading and writing.
